A few eye lashes short :/


This morning as I was cleaning my eyelash curler. During the process I took out the rubber bottom piece and cleaned it off, but when I tried to put it back in I guess I didn't quite get in right.
When I next applied the device to my eye lashes, I heard a clean snip. I quickly unclamped my eye lashes to reveal that I had snipped off half of my eye lashes! I looked at the other eye lid that I had done just before to realize that I had taken out a chunk on that eye as well! It took a lot of effort not to scream and burst into tears. Ha ha! You honestly can't really tell unless you are looking for it, but it still crippled my self-esteem a bit. I think I'll be wearing my glasses for the next few weeks. Ha ha!
I am just grateful that eye lashes grow back and that eye lash curler is now in the trash. And if I get too desperate, I have a few pairs of fake eye lashes just in case. :)

    I'm sure it's really not too funny right now, but it will be in a few months. I'm glad I'm not the only one who does dumb things like that. :) Glad the rest of your birthday was good!

Day 4: Thursday, 18 September 2014 Today was my first day going to my Digital Imaging class, taught by Sis. Caryn Esplin.  I am so excited for this class. The homework is just going to be fun stuff!  I took a class last winter from Sister Esplin and she is amazing! She is my career role model. I want to be just like her some day!  When I took her class in the winter, I received several awards from her because she liked my work so well.  Today, I again impressed her as I was able to recite back every person’s name back after we all introduced ourselves. There were only about 27 kids in the class so it was easy. I just have a good memory. Comm. 150 Journal

Gee whiz, it has been several years since I personally posted anything on this blog.  I don't even know if anyone evens looks at it, but hey, that's okay. I am starting my 8th semester of university and I am taking a class where I have to keep a daily journal.  I just have to write about something that happened to me that day. I've started it on a Word document, but I had the thought that I could keep on here and share unique experiences that happen in my crazy life.
